Art Dicker, President
Art has practiced at major law firms and as in-house counsel for 18 years, including at Morrison & Foerster and Cadence Design Systems (NASDAQ: CDNS). He has advised numerous technology companies on M&A, venture capital, joint ventures, licensing, and distribution deals as well as day-to-day advice on employment and other issues.
Art got his undergraduate degree from Princeton University, his JD from George Washington University, and his MBA from the University of Southern California (USC).
Melody Chu, Of Counsel
Melody was with Allen & Overy (now A&O Shearman), a major international law firm, for almost seventeen years. She has represented major global banks, as well as non-US banks and corporates, in transactional and regulatory/advisory matters.
Melody received her undergraduate degree from Princeton University and JD from Harvard Law School.
